GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF THE COMPANY'S ACTIVITIES AND IMPACT

The Company has set and established a health and wellbeing service providing initially Physical Activity opportunities. The service launched in July 2024 and during the year we have managed to -

- Develop a Local walking group

- Develop a Low level Physical Activity Group

- Work with partners to look to provide a Strength and balance class

- Identify funding to deliver a Parkinsons specific exercise class.

The participants have benefitted in the following ways:

- Local residents have been able to access physical activity opportunities within their own community

- Over 120 people have engaged with social activities within the local community.

The Company has an increased deficit this year due to the deferring of finances from previous years which are due to be spent in the current financial year.

CONSULTATION WITH STAKEHOLDERS

The company's stakeholders are the local community living in and around Great Sutton. The Directors of the organisation have worked and provided community services for the area for a large number of years and are able to identify the health needs of those individuals using data available.

We consult with the community using various mechanisms including, Surveys to the community, asking views at the various services provided and communicating with the community using social media. We have consulted with the community about a number of the services we have run such as where and when the best activities would be and also what interest is there in other activities such as a community gym. All these consultations have resulted in 300+ responses from the community and a communication list of circa 150 people

DIRECTORS' REMUNERATION

No remuneration was received by the directors.

TRANSFER OF ASSETS OTHER THAN FOR FULL CONSIDERATION

No transfer of assets other than for full consideration has been made.
